1946 Jubilee
1946 was a big year for Nash Motors and the entire automobile industry. The Golden Jubilee of the automobile was celebrated in Detroit, and among the pioneers then living who helped create the industry was Charles W. Nash, shown with George W. Mason, Nash-Kelvinator president, as the company prepared public showings of its first postwar (1946) models in the fall of 1945. Mr. Nash died in June, 1948, Mr. Mason in October, 1954.
